Note: Vendors are provided a 10’ x 10’ space, a 6’ table, and 2 chairs.
No one under 21 will be admitted. All vendors and their staff must bring valid ID. Vendors and their staff are not permitted to drink alcohol at the festival.

Fees: $250 for vendors per 10x10 space with 1-6' table and 2 chairs.

Payment may be made by phone with credit/debit card or by mail with a certified check or money order payable to: Sun Sounds Foundation, 2323 W 14th Street, Tempe, AZ 85281-6950.

Vendor check-in opens at 9:00AM on Saturday, March 11, 2017. All vendors must complete their set-up by 12:30 PM on March 11,2017  and be ready for inspections. Vendors agree to remain open with appropriate adult (21 or older) staff, between 1:00pm-6:00pm during the Great Arizona Beer Festival. Vendor Registration fee of $250 is payable by credit card, certified check, or money order and due with this application. Application and payment must arrive by the February 17, 2017 deadline. Acceptance of this application by the Sun Sounds Foundation entitles the vendor to conduct sales or exhibit at the Great Arizona Beer Festival on Saturday, March 11, 2017 during the hours of 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM

Every attempt will be made to limit duplicate vendors to the extent deemed appropriate by the event organizers.  Acceptance of application and placement of booths in the event is at the sole discretion of the event organizers. Once an application is accepted, no refunds of any kind will be made to vendors for any reason. The event is held rain or shine. The Great Arizona Beer Festival is required to provide the city of Phoenix  with a list of participating vendors 3 weeks prior to the festival. Applications will not be accepted after Friday, February 17, 2017.

It is the responsibility of each vendor to maintain compliance with all municipal, state, and local business laws and regulations including those pertaining to sales taxes, business licenses, certificates and permits.   If you do not have a Special Events license please contact the City of Phoenix Tax and License division for instructions.
